Google ordered to remove search results WORLDWIDE upon request

France’s data watchdog has given Google just two weeks to extend the ‘right to be forgotten’ ruling to all of its domains.

The agency CNIL issued the order more than a year after Europe’s highest court ruled that people have the right to control what information appears when their name is searched online. The European Court of Justice ruling allows people to ask Google to remove information about them, if they believe the information is out of date, irrelevant or inflammatory. Read more:
