There was real danger in picking a VP candidate that might “outshine” Kamala, so Walz became the only choice, albeit a really bad choice

When Kamala Harris first announced Tim Walz as her VP pick, I was totally shocked. Why would Harris pick someone even less accomplished and less articulate than she is when she had other choices? Is she (or her handlers) really that dumb? After pondering this last question for approximately two seconds, I recognized the political dilemma. There was real danger in picking a VP candidate that might “outshine” Kamala, so Walz became the only choice, albeit a really bad choice.
As I thought more about Kamala’s VP choice, the old saying “cut from the same cloth” came to mind. According to USDictionary.com, “cut from the same cloth” means individuals who “share significant characteristics, behaviors, or traits.” Harris and Walz certainly appear to have many traits and behaviors in common. First--and most troubling to me personally--is the fact that both Harris and Walz are pathological liars. More and more examples of their lies are coming to light every week the campaign goes on. What is even more astonishing than their continual lying is the fact that they lie so often about things that can be easily fact-checked and refuted. Fortunately, more American voters are starting to take notice and are no longer believing everything Harris or Walz say.
Something else Harris and Walz have in common is their strong affinity to ideas related to hardcore Marxism. Kamala’s father was not shy about making known his Marxist views as an economics professor at Stanford, and Tim Walz has not been shy about letting his strong admiration for China’s political and social system be known. (Perhaps the real reason Harris and Walz don’t like to do interviews is because they are trying to keep their long held Marxist views hidden from voters until after the election.)
Additionally, both Harris and Walz want to completely change the demographics of our country by bringing in as many people as possible from other countries with absolutely no plan for how this will impact our economy, local school districts, housing availability, or job market.
In Kamala’s case, she has allowed over 20 million illegal aliens into the United States simply by not taking any action whatsoever to stop illegal immigration at the southern border after Biden appointed her “the border czar” during her first year as Vice-President.
As Governor, Tim Walz is also trying very hard to change the ethnic makeup of Minnesota by bringing in as many migrant groups as possible. During the October 1 Vice-Presidential debate, Walz proudly stated that Minnesota now has more “refugees” per capita than any other state. He also said – again, very proudly – that some school districts like the city of Worthington are dealing with 50 different languages in their schools. Walz seemed absolutely clueless as to how such a drastic increase in the number of students who do not speak English will impact the quality of education for all of Minnesota’s children, not to mention the fiscal impact on the local school district.
Another thing Harris and Walz have in common is open animosity toward police departments and law enforcement. Kamala started a fund to help bail out those arrested during the summer of 2020 when rioters took to the streets of Minneapolis to protest the death of George Floyd, while Walz did absolutely nothing to stop destruction of private property, looting of businesses, attacks on the police, and the burning down of significant portions of his state’s largest city. These behaviors are not actions of political leaders who love America. Rather, these are disgraceful and cowardly actions of elected leaders who want to destroy America and our rule of law.
Here is another reason why I refer to Harris and Walz as cut from the same cloth. Neither one of them has any demonstrable leadership skills. Talking nonsense, which they both do almost every time they speak, only demonstrates their complete lack of leadership skills, not to mention lack of insight into current socio-economic problems Americans are now facing. During the October 1 televised VP debate, Tim Walz actually referred to himself as “sometimes a knucklehead” when one of the debate moderators confronted him on the falsehood he has told many times about being present in Tiananmen Square in June 1989.
Just recently CNN aired a news segment on how Governor Walz “looked the other way” as the single largest COVID-19 fraud scam in the nation occurred under his watch. Instead of the managers of the non-profit organization Feeding Our Future using the $250 million given to them through Minnesota’s Department of Education to actually feed needy children, these contemptible and dishonest individuals used that money to buy fancy houses, luxury cars, and even a bar and restaurant for their personal gain.
`I’ve already mentioned Harris’ lack of leadership when it comes to stopping illegal immigration at our southern border. There were many different ways she could have spoken up and/or taken action to stop, or at least slow down, the migrant invasion on our southern border over the last 3-1/2 years, but she chose not to.
More recently a few news agencies have been doing some important reporting about the immigration crisis escalating on our northern border. Just in the last year, according to News on the Net, more than 19,222 people from 97 different countries have been apprehended at our northern border in the sector that includes New York state. Again, these numbers are just the illegal migrants we know about. Nobody really knows how many illegals have crossed our borders without being detected. Mass migration of this magnitude not only endangers our citizens, but it also seriously endangers the future wellbeing of the United States of America.
In closing, I have laid out the most important reasons I believe Harris and Walz have no business even running for President and Vice-President of the United States. Unfortunately, there are many voters who still vote for a candidate simply because there is an “R” or an “D” in front of his or her name. That is why each one of us who truly loves America needs to get out of our comfort zone, start talking with family, friends, and even strangers, and explain why you are not voting for Harris -Walz and why you are voting for Trump-Vance.
