HIDDEN HAND: Trump's Secret Weapon Won the Middle East Without Firing a Shot

Hamas agreed to disarm. Israel and Lebanon are talking after thirty years. Susan Kokinda shows why the decisive weapon wasn't a bomb — and the Board of Peace that Trump stood up nine days before the war began;

From Camp David, President Trump framed a reported Hamas disarmament agreement as a breakthrough enabled by pressure on Iran, arguing the regional strategic terrain has shifted.

The episode highlights two developments presented as unprecedented: Hamas agreeing to disarm, and Israel and Lebanon resuming talks after three decades — both attributed to cutting off Iranian funding for proxies like Hamas and Hezbollah. It claims the decisive “weapon” was Treasury action under Secretary Scott Bessent — sanctions, OFAC tools, anti–money laundering measures — described as “economic fury,” including designating over 1,000 Iranian-linked individuals, ships, and companies and disrupting routes through shipping, insurance, and offshore finance. Susan Kokinda also points to the February 19, 2026 launch of the multinational “Board of Peace,” tasked with rebuilding Gaza, as a preplanned institutional blueprint that helped secure the Hamas agreement.

Promethean Action—— We, former collaborators of Lyndon LaRouche, many for 50 years or more, founded the Promethean Action organization in 2024, changing the name from LaRouche PAC Action. The Political Action Committee, LaRouchePAC, also changed its name, becoming Promethean PAC. Our intention is to apply the ideas of LaRouche, as we understand them, to the profound economic, political and cultural challenges now facing the United States and the world.
