Then Mcguinty paid Bruce power 60 million dollars not to produce power in 2009 and is paying up to 80 cents a kilowatt for green energy in 20 year contracts.
This green energy cost 20 x more to produce than nuclear power which brings me to the point who can afford the 41.8% projected increase in hydro by 2015 on top of all the increase we had already. When Mcguinty took office hydro was 4.5 cents a Killowatt now at peak time it is 9.9 cents a Killowatt like I say up to another 41.8 % increase by 2015 .The truth of the matter is the tax payer will never know the extent of Mcguinty's Liberal government mismanagement of Ontario tax dollars.
