‘Ignore It’: The Politicians Telling the FDA to Bypass Abortion Pill Ruling

A top Biden administration official and other political leaders have called on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ignore a Texas federal judge’s injunction against the agency’s approval of the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk stayed the FDA’s 2000 approval of mifepristone nationwide. The Biden administration has already appealed the decision, and the U.S. 5th Circuit is expected to issue a ruling on the appeal later this week. ---More...
