Lawfare—An Evil Tool in Present Day America

I just read an Associated Press article that reports the Trump administration is ignoring the lawfare rulings of many lower federal court activist judges. In my study of the United States Constitution, I found nothing that suggests these lower federal courts, created by Congress, have any authority over the Executive Branch of government.

The lower courts can certainly entertain law suits against the federal government. However, there is no provision in the Constitution that allows these courts to have any authority over the Executive Branch, and there is no provision to allow these courts to hinder operations of the Executive Branch. In my opinion, the Executive Branch has no obligation to abide by the misguided rulings of these lower courts. I believe that is called separation of powers.

It isn’t rocket science to consider that a single political appointee has the knowledge or wisdom to pass judgment on the incredibly wide variety of activities conducted by the Executive Branch. The Executive Branch has professional subject matter experts that advise the politicians of the Executive Branch in regard to day-to-day operation of the government. If an issue is adjudicated through the whole federal court system and the United States Supreme Court issues a ruling, that may be a different situation.

No previous presidential administration has ever been hammered by frivolous law suits (aka lawfare) as has the Trump administration. Never in American history have activist judges abandoned the guidelines of the United States Constitution with blatantly political actions, that have no basis in the law, to simply thwart the operations of the Executive Branch under President Donald Trump. When an activist judge, who is a victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome, removes the blindfold of Lady Justice and issues a politically motivated ruling, they have violated their oath of office and ethical standards of the legal profession.

Lawfare is a tool of the evil forces in America who see themselves as a ruling class funded by foreign and domestic elitists who wish to rule the world. Any judge that has become an activist in his/her official capacity should be, in my opinion, defrocked and disbarred. This is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they penned the United States Constitution.
