Leading indicators point to more Cincinnati job losses

Greater Cincinnati will experience further employment cuts this spring if the latest leading indicator index proves accurate.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services’ index of leading indicators for Greater Cincinnati fell 0.3 percent in January. The index, released Wednesday, hit its lowest point in the past year, with a reading of 100.2.
