Loud Mouth Coup

Based on what information I have been able to gather, what America is seeing is an attempted coup by the Democrat appointed Federal District Judges. These rogue activist judges have assumed powers not granted them by the United States Constitution nor by the United States Congress which established these lower federal courts.

This is a judicial coup by a part of the judiciary

These actions by rogue activist judges is nothing more than attempts to continue the unconstitutional lawfare against those who are in conflict with the judge’s personal ideology. These judges are in violation of their oath of office and are victims of Democrat Derangement Syndrome (DDS) and their hatred for Donald Trump. It is a coup, a bloodless coup, but a coup none the less.

This is a judicial coup by a part of the judiciary that is not even established by the United States Constitution. It seems to me that the constitutionally-defined President of the United States can tell these clowns to “pound salt” because these activist judges are way out of their lane.

The bosses of the Marxist Democrat Party are behind this effort to thwart the efforts and goals of the Trump administration in order to keep their misdeeds from becoming public. These Democrats fear the consequences of their criminal behaviors that have made them multi-millionaires while receiving a mere $174,000 annual government salary. Over 75 years ago President Harry Truman identified these type people as crooks. In the meantime, these cockroaches and rats of the swamp are scurrying around looking for cover by having their rogue activist judges hinder the process of Making America Great Again.

This unconstitutional approach against MAGA will not work any better than the four years of lawfare against Donald Trump. The more the Marxist Democrats push against MAGA, the more Americans are pissed-off with the Marxist Democrat Party. The Democrat Derangement Syndrome is, in my view, a mental disorder. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is also viewed by many as a mental disorder. So, it stands to reason that DDS victims just can’t help themselves and keep trying failed strategies.

This coup will fail. First, these rogue activist judges are making rulings they have no way to enforce. The only option they have is to ask President Trump’s Justice Department to enforce these rulings the Justice Department is already challenging. Second, sooner or later the United States Supreme Court will have to step in and slap down these rogue activist judges for violating separation of powers. Lastly, if this foolishness doesn’t stop, Congress can take action to impeach these partisan rogue activist judges or even abolish the district courts that Congress established.

This loud mouth coup makes for great sound bites for the fake news mainstream media that only the DDS “Kool Aid” drinkers pay attention to. These coup attempts are laughable, but annoying events for anyone serious about Making America Great Again, Making America Healthy Again, and Making America Safe Again.
