Media “Becklash”

Only when liberals are in charge can terms like faith, hope, charity and sacred honor be classified as hate speech. Our ever increasing lexicon now includes “Becklash”; defined as an entirely irrational reaction to a TV and radio commentator’s well attended non-political Restoring Honor rally in Washington.

Misery Merchant, Al Sharpton is the architect of Becklash. Always desperately seeking relevance, Sharpton saw an opportunity in exploitation when he realized that the date of Beck’s long planned event was the same date that Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his legendary “I Have a Dream” speech. Sharpton would do well to actually read the text of Dr. King’s most famous speech before staking it out as the exclusive territory of the poverty pimps. Dr. King was pretty unambiguous in his call to judge a man not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character. The professional race baiting community has had it backwards for decades, operating on the divide-and-conquer platform also favored in the Soviet Union. Splitting a nation along racial lines has, historically, been an effective mechanism for weakening the country. Liberals relish assigning humans to groups which they then anoint with special victim status for the purpose of being used in their destructive power schemes. Liberals are obsessed with race. It harkens back to the old Soviet Union days in which blacks were openly recruited as operatives by the Kremlin to be exploited in the cause of destabilizing American democracy. Leftist policies will never be accepted by free people if the people know what they are. Liberals can only get their agenda through if they induce discord and chaos among the populace. Sharpton took the moribund race hustling industry to its lowest point by staging an embarrassing “counter rally” on 8/28. SEIU was unable to round up more than a handful of attendees. While Beck had asked his attendees not to carry signs, the Sharpton rally was infested with offensive signage. The tone, predictably enough, was angry. The same old moth-eaten “no justice, no peace” sloganeering was the best they could do. Charles Krauthammer and others described the Beck crowd as akin to a very large church picnic. The media, always entirely dependable, debased itself with its patently absurd coverage of the event. CBS proclaimed that the rally was attended by 87,000. Credible reports place the numbers between 300,000 and 750,000. Not a single incident. And the grounds are as clean, if not cleaner, as they were when the crazy mob of tea baggers got there. Sarah Palin defined the event’s goals quite neatly: we’re not here to change America, but to restore America. It’s no wonder the Left is in hysterics. The restoration of America back to her founding moral principles is a real slap in the face to the Soviet manipulated ideology of modern liberalism. The Becklash has produced some profoundly comical moments. Dr. Demento of Vermont is actually claiming that Beck has something mentally wrong with him. Yrrrrgghhhhhh! Liberals have become the most predictable creatures on the planet. In their efforts to trivialize Glenn Beck and his massive crowd, MSNBC and CNN along with the rest of the leftwing punditry can’t talk about anything else. Joy Tiz ©2010
