President Obama will announce his nominee for the Supreme Court Wednesday, sources tell CBS News. The recent death of Justice Antonin Scalia left a vacancy on the high court. GOP members of Congress have vowed to block any hearings on the nominee until 2017, when an new president is in place. A number of names have circulated as possible nominees.
