Heavy police presence outside Stewart Funeral Home on the 4000 bl. of Benning NE. Multiple shots fired, says @DCPoliceDept. One man is walking around with a t-shirt covered in blood. A white sheet’s covering something in the distance too, but I can’t definitively say what. @wusa9 pic.twitter.com/Xf8YCHDa4a
