Toronto man who stabbed home intruder set free, but he should never have been charged in the first place.
If someone breaks into your home, you have no way of knowing whether the intruder is high on drugs or alcohol, or whether he’s an armed homicidal maniac. What you do know is he’s a danger to you and your family and that you are morally, if not legally, justified in shooting him. William Bedford Toronto
