The Bill of Rights and Practical Application of our God-given Rights

As Americans celebrate Bill of Rights Day on December 15, the belief in those God-given rights is just not enough for such a time as this. Citizens who care must remember that a free people will remain free as long as they actually exercise their God

As Bill of Rights Day approaches, Americans truly need to look past the smokescreen of the carefully crafted mainstream media (MSM) propaganda and narratives intended to undermine and destroy the “Make America Great Again” movement, American ideals, or Judeo-Christian values, or a combination of any of the three. It does seem, however, that the American citizens that care about any of those three, already see through some of the smoke-and-mirror illusions of the media. There are several signs of it that provide evidence of this perspective.

One of the strongest signs of seeing through the media propaganda comes from an adversary of free speech, the mainstream media itself: 2024 US Election: Donald Trump Won. But the Biggest Loser Was the Mainstream Media. - Newsweek During this election year, while the MSM attempted to manipulate public perceptions of reality, genuine, home-grown, grassroots movements of patriotic citizens resisted media brainwashing and struggled to hold on to truth in an ocean of lies.

Beyond such resistance, however, was a proactively creative way to counteract the poison. Regular citizens in localized organizations, which had sprung up after the infamous 2020 election year, worked together to counter the poisonous propaganda spewing out of the MSM pipelines. A rapid rise of homegrown media mushroomed and even created an alternative to the “alternative media,” when alternative media outlets showed their true ‘woke’ colors post-2020, especially during the time of COVID. A new breed of citizen-journalists, took advantage of the internet and blasted their way into the information age.

A testimony to this phenomenon was recently given by former president Bill Clinton confessing: ‘We’re Not Even Being Heard’ - Bill Clinton Complains About ‘Zillions’ Of ‘Right-Wing’ Websites In MSNBC Interview It confirms the explosion of the Christian, conservative, and patriot efforts to counter the onslaught of lies from those who fundamentally have no real affection for those ideals, principles, and values of the Constitutional Republic. Such efforts to bravely thrust into the information distribution realms were also an authentic reaction to the suppression of free speech in a nation that has a history of supporting free speech. In fact, the media may be the only industry in the United States that is specifically protected by the First Amendment.

Such a phenomenon is a contemporary rendition of the old maxim: “necessity is the mother of invention.” American citizens realized that the mainstream media had been covering for the Obama or Biden Administrations and essentially gaslighting them regarding government affairs, or politics. It is not as easy to weaponize the weather, or technology, or business, but even that is now possible by those who care to do so. But, many of the American citizens who were fed up with such media endeavors, were ignited and took matters into their own hands. Many brave patriots took to their cell phones and laptops to broadcast “the other side of the story” across the ethernet. Social media platforms that did not limit or restrict content, or censor free speech, were able to re-restabilize the balance of freedom of expression. This was a nationwide phenomenon and reflects the strong American common sense recourse to “do it yourself” (DIY) when other methods of solving problems are needed.

This phenomenon was enabled by the challenge that Rumble posed to FaceBook and YouTube, the development of “Truth Social,” and the takeover of Twitter by a brilliant man blessed with common sense. The mind-manipulating monopoly within the social media network became transformed via these three major moves as well as the explosion of personal websites and public chat forums on platforms like Gab, or Telegram, or WhatsApp. Grassroots patriot journalists definitely utilized these platforms to basically obliterate the elitist monopoly over the flow of information. Citizen journalists had the audacity to exercise their freedom of speech and expression via these social media platforms, as the intensification of propaganda and the tightening of suppressive measures against the citizen journalists proceeded throughout 2024.

.

Unfortunately, many Americans remain brainwashed; they may have never learned that there are always two sides or more to every story. Yet, the one-size fits all narratives no longer suffice for the American people who appreciate truth, likely more now than ever before in our nation’s history. For far too long, at least since the days that Woodrow Wilson managed to twist public perception during World War I, the corporate newspaper industry, and then corporate radio and television could mold public opinion and thus control the electorate. Another example of control of public perception is referred to as “yellow journalism” and is guilty of sensationalism and the stimulation of strong emotions, and such newspaper standards originated in the nineteenth century

Worse still, are the many Americans who realize they have been brainwashed, but choose to remain brainwashed. Such Americans have very little sense of freedom to challenge media propaganda perpetrated by a handful of corporate moguls, or to resist the deceptive narratives issued via government authority. Many have such a feeble connection to their God-given rights that they actually believe they have no choice but to believe the slick narratives – because in their world, fake looks better than real and believable lies trump truth.

The uprising of a free people exercising their God-given rights is what gave birth to this nation nearly 250 years ago, and such a spirit is still alive and well in millions of Americans today who persist in holding sacred truths to be self-evident. Free speech, in such a time as this, has thus far been preserved to some extent by those ‘Zillions’ Of ‘Right-Wing’ Websites that disturbed Bill Clinton so much. Our First Amendment rights have been preserved, at least for now, by patriots, conservatives, and Christians who demonstrated by their actions that Free Speech still matters to them--that our God-given rights are not just theoretical. They can be put into practice. For such an uprising, America should be grateful.

During the past couple of decades we have just witnessed how important Freedom of Speech is to retain our Constitutional Republic. Our basic rights should not be taken for granted, or they will be taken away. They are extremely significant for Freedom to survive in such a toxic world. As Americans celebrate Bill of Rights Day on December 15, the belief in those God-given rights is just not enough for such a time as this. Citizens who care must remember that a free people will remain free as long as they actually exercise their God-given rights while they are still free.
