Texas Congressional candidate Ryan Zink was at the Capitol on January 6th, but not to commit an “insurrection.” He was there to take pictures of his dad on the National Mall.

Zink’s father was also running for Congress at the time, and he wanted footage of himself in front of America’s monuments. He thought it would help his campaign. So he and his son packed their bags and headed to Washington. We’re sure you can guess what happened next. The Biden DOJ went after him with all its might.

For committing the “crime” of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Zink wound up behind bars and nearly died in jail. Fast forward to today, and he’s running a political campaign of his own.
