Time For Some Accountability

I think many would agree that today’s socialist Democrat Party is a self-appointed elite ruling class who has convinced themselves that they know what is best for all Americans. These are cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled people who simply have a lust for power and control by any means necessary.

The socialist Democrats failed miserably in the November 2024 election, and they are now employing the dirty tricks of lawfare to undermine the will of the American voters. These unprincipled enemies of the people know they have picked a losing battle, and these dirty trick law suits will go nowhere. They seem oblivious to the reality that American voters are watching and will vote accordingly. This is hardball socialist Democrat style, and it worked until 2024. The Democrats may very well lose way more than they anticipated.

For too many decades the Republican Party has been playing softball to the Democrats hardball. Republicans have tried to use reason, common sense, and evidence to persuade Democrats. However, the Democrats were having none of that because their sole objective was their lust for power and control.

Unfortunately, that Republican strategy resulted in a socialist government under Obama and a police state communist government under Biden’s handlers. Nice and polite will never work with Democrats, particularly with the extremists now driving the Democrat train.

On November 5, 2024, Americans hired a new Republican team manager. Donald Trump has told the Republican team to put away their old softball gear and grab their hardball gear. The Democrats are learning a new game called Trump hardball.

Trump first set the Democrats hair on fire with DOGE headed up by Elon Musk. The opening shot by DOGE was exposing the criminal misappropriation of billions of unaccountable dollars of taxpayer funds paid by USAID to Democrat friendly NGOs. Was this one of the ways elected officials become millionaires while in public service?

Due to their blind lust for power and control, the socialist Democrats' latest dirty trick has exposed another flaw in the United States government that the Trump team may correct. In their lustful attempt to thwart Trump from doing his constitutional duties by lawfare, they have exposed a significant problem with the lower federal courts.

What gives a district court the authority to restrain the Executive Branch from conducting regular managerial and constitutional duties? So far no legal scholar that I know of has come forward to identify where such power lies. This is a problem.

There is already movement toward correcting the flaws in the lower federal courts. These courts were established by Congress and only Congress has the power to make necessary corrections. As I understand it, the cleanest way to correct the flaws is to defund and abolish the current lower court system and then reconstitute it with defined limitations of powers and authority. I expect that current lifetime appointments would not be part of the replacement court system. Justices would be hired for a specific period of time to serve their fellow Americans, not lord over them. Lifetime appointments relieve the office holder of any accountability. Then too, these lower courts would have no authority over the Executive Branch of government and no authority to take any action outside the district they serve. These courts will be forced to “mind their own business.”

These cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled bosses of the socialist Democrat Party are engaged in a whole new ball game which American voters are watching very closely. Trying to perpetuate the ways of the failed Biden administration is getting them into more and more trouble.
