Trudeau government is using YOUR money to sue itself?!

The Court Challenges program offers federal taxpayer funding to certain Charter challenges. The program is essentially the federal government handing taxpayer dollars to lawyers and activists to sue them. The Trudeau government wants to make this ridiculous program permanent with Bill C-316.

We at the CCF are opposed to this ridiculous program. We don't need the taxpayer funded Court Challenges program to successfully sue the government. We rely on individual donations from our generous supporters.
