What happens if Hillary drops out? Mark Kaye has it all figured out

My buddy and Cox colleague Mark Kaye asks an interesting question: What if Hillary's health forces her to quit the race? What do the Democrats do? Oh sure, they could just stick Tim Kaine at the top of the ticket so he can run the country and explain the Bible to all of us. Or they could go with Joe Biden so we can all learn about shotgun safety. But Mark's been thinking a little more creatively: Good ideas? Well, let's all agree on this: Hillary not becoming president is the best idea I've heard in a long time.
