Once again back to Los Angeles, California, where the Honorable Mayor Karen Bass is at it again. Mayor Bass has announced that her first priority in her next term in office, is to replace 10s of thousands of Los Angeles’ hard-wired street lights with solar powered street lights. She would rather do this than using a more cost-effective method of providing more secure access panels to prevent copper wire theft. Then too, how about simply throwing thieves in jail? Oh wait, I forgot, Mayor Bass doesn’t believe in law and order, does she?
