Alan Dershowitz explains why judge may quickly toss out Trump indictment: ‘Foolish, foolish decision’

Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz explained why he believes the indictment against former President Donald Trump will be quickly tossed from court.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg confirmed on Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Trump over allegations related to an alleged hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels. The indictment, however, remains under seal, and the exact charges will not be publicized until Trump is arraigned, which is expected to take place next week

The United Nations Violates the Taiwanese People’s Human Rights

The United Nations is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (“UDHR”) this year. But when it comes to living up to key human rights set forth in the UDHR in its own operations, the UN has fallen far short under pressure from the Chinese Communist regime.

If the Mentally Ill “Mustn’t Own Guns,” What About “Trans” People?

The timing of the tragic Nashville shooting, in which a MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status, aka “transgender”) individual killed six at a Christian school, is a bit odd. National Public Radio had just recently done a piece on how MUSS and other “LGBTQ” people are buying guns because, the story goes, they believe they’re imperiled by conservatives. As one sexual devolutionary NPR quoted put it, “If the world is dangerous, then you have to be dangerous back, and that very much has pushed me into where I am now.”

Main Stream Theories about Man-Made Warming: Not Working

When it comes to climate, it is appropriate to note that the United Nations’ IPCC has had a mandate to review only one thing. And as the CO2 Only “models” are overheating compared to now thirty years of temperature reality, the theories are not working.

Out of the myriad of influences upon weather and climate, IPCC is charged to study only Anthropogenic Global Warming which for drama segued into the formidable CAGW. Of course, the latter is Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming and then some genius at promotion came up with “Climate Change” whereby anything can be used to increase taxes and regulations. And the “cause” of any adverse weather is modern industrial society spewing out vast amounts of carbon dioxide.

A world without limits

Sounds great doesn't it. Free as a bird! Free to go anywhere, do anything, be anything, whatever your heart desires! For many people today, perhaps even most, that sounds like a prescription for hell. They find themselves lost in a dark forest of choices, a forest filled with danger and traps, without paths or guideposts, where you must travel because you can't stay where you are.

Bragg’s Trump Indictment PreEmpts Holy Week, Easter Sunday

An email that arrived at Canada Free Press (CFP) before dawn this morning: “Please tell all Trump supporters to stay out of NYC because the Trump indictment is a trap.

Just like Jan. 6, was a trap so now NYC is prepared to trap innocent supporters!
They had all barricades in place last week, but Trump people didn't show up.
Please spend a little time on this issue!”

A users guide to the Tenth Amendment and why we need it now

A final straw?

The fools went ahead and did it, they indicted President Donald Trump! This was just the most recent abomination committed by the minions of the illegitimate Biden administration, but it may be the last straw. In just over two years they have made us dependent on foreign energy, they have turned the finest military force in the world into a woke mess more concerned about fighting the climate gods than a real enemy.

They have destroyed our economy with lockdowns and inflation, have turned the forces of the FBI and IRS against ordinary citizens who dare to object to what is being done to their children.

ESG + DEI = RIP 4 USA

"The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody had decided not to see." ~ Ayn Rand

Too many Americans are deaf and blind zombies whose brains have been numbed by the indoctrination system that was supposed to educate them. Fundamentals such as moral values, critical thinking skills, common sense, and the absence of an understanding of American and world history has left these poor souls unprepared to fully cope with the realities of a real world. Instead they have been given an alternate reality where criminality is rewarded rather than punished and most forms of aberrant behaviors are accepted as the norm.
