At over 81,000 pages of new federal regulations each year, how can anyone have a clue how to function? From 2002 through 2016 there were only 2 years that did not pass over 72,000 pages of regulations. Conservatively speaking that's well over a million pages.
We probably break some rule before we get out of bed, on our way to work, at work, and so on. I'd guess we are a nation of lawless citizens that are not following the rules on a daily basis. Ask yourself, are we safer, more prosperous, smarter, healthier, happier? The answer to all of those questions is no. So, what have we accomplished with all those pages of regulations? Well, we are infinitely more controlled by government. Other than that, I can't imagine.
Remember, ignorance is no excuse so get cracking to read all those pages.
