The incoming student has many valid points, recognizing prospective students unique characteristics and background, beyond race.
Asian students have been the victims of Harvard’s racial admissions policies.
High achieving students, especially Asians, have actually been penalized for working hard to enhance their opportunity for admission, and applying themselves to learn the subject matter, enabling them to achieve high scores on ACT and SAT tests.
The entire system at Harvard has become biased against merit based admissions.
Harvard may need to be under judicial supervision, since it obtains public moneys through grants, contracts and even student loans, if it continues racial based admission policies, similar to public school districts during desegregation.
