It is obvious that there is no military solution to the struggle in Afghanistan and therefore a political one could be on the horizon. That too proved to be failing when the Taliban supposedly partaking in the recent consultative Loya-Jirgah gathering in an effort to reconcile in Kabul, but instead, they answered with their barrage of fire attacks and consequently disrupted the council.
