RICHMOND, VA – Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli reacted to the appeals hearing today in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, regarding Virginia’s challenge to the constitutionality of the federal health care act.
A three-judge panel heard the appeals. When a ruling would be issued is unknown.
