Plus "approved" media could receIve up to $29,750 in tax credit for their so-called qualified "reporters"

a new $32 billion investment over 10 years for first nations housing and infrastructure.

of course the Federal LGBTQI+ Action plan gets more money - $60 million over 4 years on top of the $54.6 million they were already assured in last year's budget.

NATO gets more money.

This government will hire 2,000 additional RCMP personnel and border officers.

More money for Ukraine through the defence drone initiative and the defence security and resilience bank CSIS, The Canadian Security Intelligence Service will be getting an extra $6 billion over 10 years + an extra $579.5 million. And of course, $1.6 billion for Cohere. And thank God artists could get a tax break on up to $45,000 of their annual income. But what about regular canadians? Outside of the bill not much. a middle class tax cut that could potentially save a two income family up to $840 this year. 10 cents less per liter gas and 4 cents less of diesel. You might be eligible for the 2027. Canada groceries and Essentials Benefit Supplement. But this one has to be the best thing average Canadians are getting in this budget, our government wants to help you save money by showing you how to manage your budget.
