NEW ORLEANS, LA – The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the nationwide preliminary injunction yesterday that blocks Biden’s COVID-19 shot mandate that required all federal employees to receive the injection or face termination.
Biden announced September 2021 that more than 3.5 million federal workers were required to undergo vaccination, with no option to get regularly tested instead, unless they secured approved medical or religious exemptions.
