VANCOUVER—In 2023, 70 countries—including Canada, the US, and much of Western Europe—provided women the same degree of freedom to make economic decisions as men, finds a new study released by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank. This list now includes Sierra Leone.
