OTTAWA – The chief justice of the British Columbia Supreme Court has ruled in favour of Trinity Western University (TWU) this morning. The 43-page judgment in TWU’s lawsuit against the Law Society of British Columbia chides the Law Society for breaching their duty of procedural fairness and fettering their decision-making responsibility to the membership of the law society.
