WASHINGTON, Preceding the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, two pro-life bills will be introduced today to end federal funding of abortion. The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act" would permanently prohibit taxpayer funding of abortion in every federal program. "The Protect Life Act" will ensure that no federal funds will be used for abortion through ObamaCare, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
