A terrorist group is suing the police for surveilling it. The terrorists are the members of the Rockland County, New York, chapter of the violent, racist Black Lives Matter movement. The New York Law Journal reports that Black Lives Matter filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the Clarkstown Police Department claiming, according to the report, that it “illegally surveilled its members, using a special intelligence unit and lumping in the group with terrorists and gangs.”
