For years I have been saying the so called "Bush Depression" that happened during the last year of the Bush Presidency was indeed caused by democratic policies, specifically Jimmy Carter's 1977 Community Reinvestment Act, put on overdrive during Clinton's rage of "Redlining by Banks" against inner city minorities, later expanded to "No Deposit, No Income" liar loans were at the heart of it.
