Archbishop (Abp) Carlo Maria Viganò called out George Soros, Klaus Schwab, and Bill Gates as leaders of the wicked agenda to create a one-world government based on secular humanist and Marxist (communist) ideology. He did this in an address to the Medical Doctors for COVID Ethics International. In the following video (14:59 minutes), Dr. Taylor Marshall discusses the address in which the Archbishop makes the charges.
