COLUMBIA, MO – Last week, a Missouri Circuit Court judge upheld the state’s Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act, which is the first time a trial court has ruled to sustain a law banning puberty blockers, hormones and irreversible mutilating surgeries for children.
