Citizens across the world have been exposed to the implementation of U.N. Agenda 21 now Agenda 2030 for several decades without recognizing that their local and regional initiatives were not local, but were decided out of the country with the help of ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) membership of more than 600 cities in America and implemented at the local level by stakeholders associated with the U.N., none of whom lived or owned property in the affected area.
