“DO NOT CONGRATULATE” Vladimir Putin—Unless You Happen to be Saint Barack

Why is it that when the Washington Post is caught with its houndstooth pants down, the Mainstream and Social Media are always found looking pointedly the other way? The WaPo’s “LEAD” story going viral today makes it seem that Donald Trump was the first—and only—president to ever congratulate Vladimir Putin on an election victory when, in point of fact, former president Barack Obama did the same thing, only in a much more gushing way: “One of the most startling leaks — and stunning revelations — of this whole administration has left President Trump and his senior staff furious and rattled.
