Toronto, Ontario. – Doug Ford's PC Government has vowed to modernize Ontario's alcohol market by allowing for alcohol sales in corner stores. Recently, reports have emerged estimating that Ontario could be on the hook for up to $1 billion in damages if it were to expand alcohol sales, specifically as a result of violating the contract signed with The Beer Store.
