Eight Years Later, The Trump Honeymoon Arrives

The Trump honeymoon, the one the President should have received after his first election in 2016, has finally arrived, eight years late.

Unfortunately, when he shocked the political world with his victory over Hillary Clinton, Trump was not greeted with congratulatory calls from Democrats hoping to work on bi-partisan initiatives. Instead, he was met with a well-funded left-wing campaign to sabotage his Electoral College victory.

When the Trump electors stayed true to the President, at least 60 Democrat members of Congress decided to boycott his inauguration. To tarnish his inauguration, enraged progressives sponsored a massive “Women’s March” in Washington D.C. and cities throughout the country.
