Oh great another Munich 2020's version. Don't we ever learn that appeasement didn't work in 1938 with Adolf Hitler and it won't work in 2020's with Putin. He won't stop until he's taken all of eastern Europe back to rebuild the Soviet Empire! So lets end the fantasy that Putin wants peace!
