Now THIS is worth putting away and referring to regularly. Man is not much of a species, but Dog is our ever faithful reminder of what Fidelity and Love REALLY means.
You probably have seen this before, but it's worth reading again. It is a trial summary delivered by attorney George Graham Vest in 1870 at the old courthouse in Warrensburg, MO, during a trial about the shooting of a farmer’s dog named “Old Drum” by a neighbor. George Vest was the attorney who won the trial.
