The British military—the leading U.S. military ally and Europe’s most prominent defense spender—has only 150 deployable tanks and perhaps a dozen serviceable long-range artillery pieces. So bare was the cupboard that last year, the British military considered sourcing multiple rocket launchers from museums to upgrade and donate to Ukraine, an idea that was dropped.

This quote from the article says it all here: Europe has “systematically demilitarized itself because it didn’t need to spend the money,” thanks to the lack of an apparent threat and U.S. military dominance around the globe, said Anthony King, a professor of war studies at the University of Warwick. “They have gone to sleep."

Exactly two years ago 100,000 Russian troops were massed at the border, and stayed for three months. For a decade neon signs everywhere flashed the danger: NATO IN UKRAINE MEANS WAR. Russia’s 2021 petition to NATO, to back off, was rejected. Biden spent December 2021 and January & Februay 2022 making only threats and offering no compromise. Then to make sure Russia got the message, Biden sent Harris to rub the militarization in Russians’ faces. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken stated administration policy, NATO will expand at every opportunity. “I can’t be more clear. NATO’s door is open, remains open, and that is our commitment”. Not defend NATO members, not protect US interests, not keep the peace. The pro-war globalists, pouring more gasoline on the fire, avoid any mention of the Cuban Missile Crisis because they would have to repudiate JFK’s invasion and planned second invasion, repudiate the Monroe Doctrine and repudiate JFK’s removal of missiles in Turkey that kept the peace. Biden knew he was triggering war, and he did it anyway.
