FDA equals terrorism: when will Homeland Security inform us?

If you worked for a federal agency that was studiously ignoring a kill-rate of 100,000 Americans a year, every year, like clockwork, and if you knew it, wouldn't you feel compelled to say or do something about it? At the FDA, which is that federal agency, no one has ever felt the need to step forward and speak up. Let's shift the venue and ask the same question. If you were a medical reporter for a major media outlet in the US, and you knew the above fact, wouldn't you make it a priority to say something, write something, do something?

Oh the propaganda machine is functioning so well. How many people do we each know who are proud to show you a table full of drugs that they consume daily.
Years ago my grandmother in her sixties Doctor retired and the new Doctor who seemed well trained took my grandmother off the 32 kinds of medications she took and explained to her that if she stayed on this one she would need to take these two to counteract the first ones damage and some of her medications were totally useless, he explained all the problems twice she was so upset I was there. This Doctor explained to her he needed her off them so he could actually tell if she really needed them because a lot of them caused the problems she was having. She was hysterical to loose all her cherished crutches she was taking. I worked at that time in an Emergency Room so I understood this Doctor's concerns so I took Grandma home made her a cup of tea and a lunch told her to calm down and we talked she seemed to finally understand I thought but for the next couple of weeks she would call one of my aunts or uncles in the middle of the night of course asking o go to the hospital she was sick. As I had told them all what had happened at the new Doctors they would all call me, even at work to do something. I explained this to a Doctor I worked with and he said he would go over with me to check her out as the whole family was upset now (they all took a pharmacy of drugs) My friend and I went over there in the morning to see her, she was all dressed up and seemed very calm she said she understood and felt better without all her medications? I knew I was being put on my Uncle there too seemed confused kind of. I was now being demonized, bad me she was unhappy no pills to take, My Uncle took her to another Doctor who put her on just a few medications with new names and announced to me that she was much better now she had a better Doctor. She hid her new drugs away from me, it was comical if it was not so serious, but even my mother had a cupboard full of pills and potions but mostly alcoholic drinks were her thing and things for her alcoholic gastritis, people do it to themselves?
