Well now we know The Plan. Our hydro costs are projected to double – on top of the 75% increase we've suffered in just the last seven years. How do you like being told when you can do your laundry, wash your dishes and vacuum your floors? And aren't you really looking forward to this coming summer when turning on the air conditioning during the heat of midday will derange your budget?
