WASHINGTON, DC - Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia turned NBC/MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner posted a video to his YouTube channel making the recommendation that incumbent Democrat President Joe Biden, operating under a flawed analysis of the Supreme Court Ruling in Trump v. United States on Presidential immunity, should forcibly prevent the former President's re-election.
As reported by The Daily Caller News Foundation, the former Federal Prosecutor suggested that the ruling - which specified that presidents are protected by immunity from criminal prosecution for “official acts" - somehow conveys the ability for Biden to “use his attorney general to jail his political rival and all other perceived enemies.” ---More...
