Yesterday afternoon, Kathleen Sebelius walked into North Shore Hospital near Miami Shores for meet-and-greet photo op. The whole event was designed to be an Affordable Care Act pep rally, orchestrated to show just how effortlessly a person can sign up for Obamacare with the aid of an official "navigator." She smiled for the cameras, shook hands with her lackeys, and then, while the cameras rolled, the website crashed.
