By now, everyone is pretty sure that Dr. Ben Carson will be among the field of 2016 GOP presidential candidates. Obviously there's been no formal announcement, but every move he's made - as well as every speech he's given - seems to indicate that he intends to make a White House run. If you were watching Fox News Sunday yesterday, he basically told you that himself.
