It’s interesting that “Canadians” actually still believe that the country known as “Canada” came into being as the Dominion of Canada in 1867

NOT TRUE.

It was not until 1893 that the British Parliament passed a statute that set five colonies - including Canada free - from Britain and the Monarchy - upon the death of Queen Victoria in 1901.

The people were set free to affirm their independence and decide which provinces they wished to confederate with - if any. The 1931 Statute of Westminster reminded the people of that opportunity.

Politicians hid that information from the people and continued to rule this land as a colony swearing an oath of allegiance to a fake & illegitimate monarch. The 1982 Constitution was another failed attempt to confederate. The people never ratified the constitution in a public referendum.

Now Lord Carnage continues to spread the goop: "​We face, in some respects, many similar challenges to the fathers of Confederation 162 years ago, but we have many more advantages.
