WASHINGTON, D.C. – Justice Clarence Thomas reveals Planned Parenthood's eugenic history in today’s ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court which upheld one provision of an Indiana state law that requires that fetal remains be buried or cremated, while denying another provision to reinstate the law’s limits that prohibits race, sex, and disability selective abortions.
