LOUISVILLE, KY – Maryville Baptist Church and Pastor Jack Roberts filed a federal lawsuit against Governor Andy Beshear for violating their religious freedom by targeting churchgoers on Easter Sunday. Liberty Counsel filed the lawsuit today in the U.S. District Court in Louisville.
