Dalton McGuinty has been caught shutting down public scrutiny on his 2010 budget. The deficit laden Budget Bill was rammed through the legislature in record time. Now the legislation will receive a meagre five hours of committee meetings – less time than it takes for the Premier to drive home to Ottawa.
