Nazi salutes as mockery: conservative fired, liberal, well, nothing


I don't see why anyone would get upset over a Nazi salute offered to mock someone, except maybe for the target of the mockery. I did it when I was a little kid to show defiance to an adult I thought was being bossy. Ill-advised, sure, but an expression of support for Nazism? No way. Quite the opposite. I'm sure I'm not the only little kid to have done this. Yet mock Nazi salutes receive different treatment depending on the person doing the saluting.
