When I was 6 years old in 1942, my tonsils and adenoids were surgically removed. Two days in the hospital and most kids suffered it and with no health insurance paid for it.

Okay, I admit I'm a great grandmother but this stuff happening now is like something out of a horror movie. Why did they not seek mental health at that tender age instead of what they did?
